Shipping Information

Tautanz offers worldwide shipping with CTT, the Portuguese post. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, we do not ship on the weekend and Portuguese bank holidays. The estimated delivery times per destination are displayed below.  

ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK
Shipping costs for orders above 100€: free shipping
Delivery time: 3-5 working days

ZONE 2: The rest of the world
Shipping costs for orders above 150€: free shipping
Delivery time: 7-12 working days

Note: We ship from the EU, be aware of additional government duties and fees at customs authorities when placing an order. As a customer, you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Goods are only eligible for a refund or exchange providing they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Soaps and bath accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

To start the refund process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request at hello@tautanz.com. We will address your concerns as soon as possible. Once we received the returned goods we will inspect the items and will notify you if you apply for a refund or not. If the refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return costs will be deducted from your refund unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
