Casa Modesta is such a wonderful place to switch off from your everyday and just be. Carlos and Nuno welcomed us in the warmest way possible, even organising a gift for my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast feast of homemade cake, local jams, cheeses, cold cuts, and baked goods. And of course the beautiful architecture and tasteful interior. Located in one of the most charming areas of the Algarve, there’s loads to explore around the Casa. Personal favorite: a stroll around lovely Tavira.
